Since his call to the bar, Murray has been a litigator.  For over 30 years, Murray has practiced mainly in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, estate litigation and personal injury.  Over the past 20 years, Murray’s practice has focused on disputed wills and estates, property ownership, boundary and easement disputes, and commercial litigation. Murray also practices in the area of mental incapacity/committee-ship applications.  Murray regularly appears in all B.C. courts (Supreme, Appeal and Provincial) and in arbitrations on behalf of his clients.  Murray also has resolved many of his clients’ legal disputes at mediations.
