She began her academic journey in India, earning a bachelor’s degree in technology in Computer Engineering. Her drive to explore new fields led her to pursue a law degree at the Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, where she ranked in the top 2% of applicants. She then went on to earn her master’s degree in Entertainment, Media, and Intellectual Property Law from the University of California, Los Angeles.
During her time in the U.S., Apurva worked as a Student Practitioner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, focusing on patent processing. After relocating to Vancouver, she completed her articles with a boutique litigation firm and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2022, followed by the California Bar in 2023.
